WESTBOURNE GROVE ~ Notting Hill
This was a new fit out of an existing shell on a landmark building in Notting Hill which involved the installation of underfloor heating, laying wooden floors, bespoke joinery. The contract was completed with the supply and construction of two stylish bathrooms.

Holland Park ~ LANDSDOWNE WALK
This beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bathroom ground and first floor flat in Holland Park was transformed into a marvellous family home with the installation of three stylish bathrooms using rare cut stone together with the supply and installation of a new plumbing system.

Refurbishment of the bedrooms included building a bespoke L shape wardrobe and a dressing room finished in cedar wood timber. The contract included: laying Wooden floors, Complete rewiring, installation of an audio visual system and decoration throughout to a high specification.

ODD FELLOWS HALL ~ Chiswick
We raised the roof of this run down property: The addition of a glass section to the top parameter and the creation of a unique steel arched structure impressively increased the height of this building. Additionally, a curved double storey front extension added an extra dimension and space. Furthermore, the basement was turned into a cinema with advanced sound and visual technology. Two mezzanines gave way to a master bedroom on one level and a library/office on the other. Under floor heating, Lutron lighting, and a bespoke kitchen provided completed the job to the highest specification.

ROYAL HOSPITAL ROAD ~ Chelsea
This amazing property was the result of the conversion of two adjoining buildings. Extensive structural alterations made way for 8 bedrooms, a massive kitchen and dining room, with the entire ground floor dedicated to a very large living room. We also created and installed a unique steel and wood staircase to enclose an existing central column and sky frame glass doors. New double glazing windows, an audio visual system, bespoke joinery with spray paint finish, underfloor heating and artistic landscape gardening completed the contract.

WESTBOURNE GROVE ~ Notting Hill
Dilapidated two bed flat was transformed into a fantastic three bedroom/three bathroom apartment. By converting the loft to include an extra floor, an integrated living area and kitchen accessible by a bespoke steel and glass staircase with a walk-on glass terrace/kitchen ceiling was created. The project was completed to the highest specification with the latest audio visual system, Lutron lighting, complete replumbing, underfloor heating and bespoke joinery.
